Thoughtful movement classes, wellness experiences, and collaborations rooted in presence, strength, connection, and real-life sustainability.

Movement has been at the heart of my work life for more than twenty years. These days, I keep a lighter teaching schedule that leaves room for writing, family life, and seasonal rhythms while still sharing movement with my community.

Current Weekly Classes

• Barre — Mondays at 11:00 AM at Yoga Lab (Los Osos)

• Yoga Flow — Tuesdays at Noon at Kennedy Fitness (San Luis Obispo)

My offerings evolve seasonally and organically, with a focus on mindful movement, yoga, barre, and hiking. From time to time, I also offer workshops, special events, and substitute classes throughout the Central Coast.

Studio & Guest Teaching

I love collaborating with studios, wellness spaces, retreats, and community events that value thoughtful movement, sustainability, connection, and real-life wellness. I’m available for guest teaching, workshops, mindful movement experiences, and select collaborations.

Consulting & Connection

Over the years, I’ve spent time supporting teachers, studio owners, and wellness professionals through thoughtful conversations around movement, sustainability, leadership, and building offerings that feel aligned with real life.

These days, I keep consulting and one-on-one support intentionally small, personal, and relationship-based — usually collaborative conversations with people and projects I genuinely connect with.
