Working With Me

I’m currently available for yoga teaching, private yoga sessions and teacher training support in San Luis Obispo and online, by request. I’m a certified yoga teacher and trainer with 20+ years of experience, including owning and operating Smiling Dog Yoga (2011–2016). My teaching blends alignment, fluidity, mindfulness, and practical cues to help students move safely, feel strong, and cultivate presence.
